Requirements Engineering: de Volere methodiek

Al sinds 1995 werken Suzanne en James Robertson aan de perfectionering van de Volere methodiek voor Requirements Engineering. Dat doen zij in nauwe samenwerking met professionals in het veld.

Hun boek - Mastering the Requirements Process second Edition (Suzanne and James Robertson, Addison-Wesley, 2006) - is een echte aanrader voor sofware- en product ontwikkelaars. Voor product managers, project managers, architecten, ontwerpers en engineers.

TA team past deze methodiek sinds enkele jaren met succes toe. Het Volere proces is niet rigide en biedt de mogelijkheid naar behoefte onderdelen te implementeren. Deelprocessen hebben onder meer betrekking op het verzamelen, beoordelen, verwerken en beheren van requirements.
